Hebrews 3:4-6
FOR EVERY HOUSE IS BUILDED BY SOME MAN; but he that built all things IS GOD.
And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after;
BUT CHRIST AS A SON OVER HIS OWN HOUSE; WHOSE HOUSE ARE WE, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.
The "house" refers to a spiritual house of God (the children begotten of God) rather than a physical building; those outside the covenant of God. It is a place for those that have not been called by our Father. They have built their own houses made of men's hands, with their own doctrines; deceiving themselves in their delusional minds. They conceive a building, and then THEY draw up the plans, and then THEY build it. As if they are building it for God. Yet, when it is completed, they do nothing but glory in themselves. It is nothing more than men glorying in other men! The counterfeit church of the denominational system is nothing more than a deception of men, to lure you, and follow in their self conceited hearts, while making you glory in them, and in their false doctrine, from their man made idol.
1 Corinthians 3:18-20
Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.
Jesus’ teachings
Mat 7:24 "Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:
Mat 7:25 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.
Mat 7:26 "But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand:
Mat 7:27 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall."
Ephesians 2:19 - 22
Eph 2:19 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God,
Eph 2:20 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone,
Eph 2:21 in whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord,
Eph 2:22 in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.
